Hi guys, writing another post for the month...
Today was a light day as usual, Maths teacher finished off the Set Theory on Maths.
After Maths, there was a make up class for another module because just one miserable lesson will be missed during CNY.
Cannot even take one lesson off meh? :/
Somemore one of my close & old fren came to SP for his JAE advice, and perfectly(note the sarcasm) timed right in the
middle of the make up lesson so i missed the chance to meet him.
Anyway, haha - i wonder if any of you actually installed Win7 which i blogged off... using a beta OS, though tempting because of the hype can be hasslesome at times because as the term implies..it aint gonna work 100% right.
Indeed, my 7 for some reason had a recent problem with the Wireless NIC card driver - every time i resume from sleep(standby) it wouldnt reconnect to any wireless network.
Then i wanted to remove the antivirus which i installed prior to this, but unfortunately i cleared my old System Restore files so i couldnt undo the installation(the stupid AV program didnt have any uninstaller at all) so yup, as u can guess i did the ultimate step of re-installing the entire OS.
Ah, dont let me bore u with tech talk(adding to the stale "air" here).
Those who know world affairs , two things should come up for these few moments.
The Gaza War and the U.S Presidental Inauguration.
Yup, im referring to the latter.
Since he's somewhat an exceptional man of potential quality(which is why he won the elections), i daresay it's quite worth it to watch his inauguration dont u think so?
Obviously it would be aired in international news(BBC World News etc) but lucky for those who dont have cable, i spotted Channel Newsasia's time slot for it at 11am on the following day, 21st.
Well, i dont know if u want to watch it live, nor would i know if CNA would air it live, but anyway - the inauguration starts at 9am CST and the oath of office will take place later at 11am.
CST is equalavent to GMT/UTC -6, so do the maths and the oath will be at 1am here..rather unfavorable for us in Far East.
(edit: ps ps miscalculated ><)
